What is the policy for rescheduling or cancellations?

If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked session, please notify us as early as possible via email at info@inthelimelightwithmonetia.com so we can adjust our production calendar accordingly.

How do refund requests work?

For direct service purchases made without a voucher, refund requests must be submitted via email to info@inthelimelightwithmonetia.com within 30 days of purchase.

What are the rules for Groupon vouchers and promotional deals?

If you purchased through Groupon, vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months via email. Please note that while our brand has been featured on Groupon, we currently do not have active offers running for In The Limelight services.

What information must clients provide before production?

Clients are required to provide all relevant background details, brand assets, talking points, and required materials promptly so we can produce and deliver your requested media services efficiently.

Who owns the rights to produced video clips and media?

When you purchase your 1 to 2 minute promotional clips highlighting your business and interview, you own full rights to use those clips across your channels to promote your personal brand and services.
